How do Thrivous product subscriptions work?
For your convenience and to reward your loyalty, Thrivous offers subscriptions to some products at reduced prices. Product subscriptions provide automatic billing and shipment on a periodic basis that you configure. There is no minimum time obligation. And there are no extra fees.
You may change or deactivate your product subscription at any time. You may skip any scheduled shipment. You may reconfigure your subscription to have a different schedule or to consist of different products. You may also create multiple product subscriptions with different configurations. Log in to your Thrivous account, then open Your Account. In the header, choose Menu and then your name. In the footer Menu, choose Account.
On Your Account, open Subscriptions. If you have no subscriptions yet, that card says None and Start Shopping. Otherwise choose Manage Product Subscriptions or Schedule Shipments. Both open the Subscriptions page. If that page is empty, it says you don't have any subscriptions yet and links Browse products.
Each subscription is a card titled with the product name. The card says Active or Inactive, then how often it ships (Every, the interval, and day, week, or month), then Qty and the quantity. An active card also shows Next and the date, and Skip to skip the upcoming shipment. If no upcoming order can be skipped, the page says No upcoming order was found to skip. Choose Edit to change Product when products are listed, Option when there is more than one, Quantity, Frequency (a number and day(s), week(s), or month(s)), Next order date, and Ship to, then Save. Quantity and frequency must be at least 1, and a next order date is required. If the next order date is today or earlier, check Place the order now for today's date before saving again. If that order also includes other subscriptions on the same date, the page updates the schedule and says it cannot place only this subscription's order from here. Choose Deactivate to pause an active subscription, and confirm when asked. On an inactive card, choose Activate to resume it, or Delete to remove it after you confirm. A card can also show Reward code. See How do I apply a Reward to a subscription?
The card may say it pays with a saved payment method and ships to an address. Payment methods are under Payments on Your Account. See How do I manage Thrivous payment methods? Or contact Thrivous for assistance.
Current terms are on the Subscription Policy page. To start a subscription, choose Subscribe on the product page. See How do I buy a product on Thrivous.com?
