How do I log in to my Thrivous account?
Choose Menu in the header. At the top of the menu, choose Login. The line under it says or create an account. The footer Menu also has Login when you are signed out. You can start from the Login page.
Thrivous does not ask for a password. Sign-in emails you a one-time code. If you do not already have an account, that same step creates one. There is no separate registration form, and there is no password to reset.
When sign-in finishes, the page title is Your Account unless you were sent back to another page. It greets you by name. From there you can open Profile, Addresses, Orders, Subscriptions, Rewards, and Commissions.
After you are signed in, the header menu shows your name instead of Login, and the footer Menu shows Account.
If sign-in cannot be completed, the Login page explains that no password is required and that a one-time code can create your account. Choose Try Again.
On a shared computer, open Your Account and choose log out when you are finished.
