How do I buy a product on Thrivous.com?
On the home page, choose Start Shopping. That opens Product Collections. You can also use Shop in the header or in the footer Menu. When your cart already has items, that control changes to Cart, shows the item count, and opens Your Shopping Cart.
Choose Menu in the header, then Shop, to open the same collections page. The page title is Product Collections. Open a collection, such as All Products, and choose View the product on a product card. A card may also show Sold Out or On Sale.
To look for a product by name, choose Menu, type in Search, and submit. The page title is Search Thrivous. Product results use the same cards and View the product.
On the product page, if more than one option is available, choose it under Options. Quantity starts at 1. Then choose Add To Cart or Buy It Now. Add To Cart opens Your Shopping Cart. Buy It Now opens checkout. While the item is being added, the first button reads Adding....
If the product offers a subscription, Subscribe is already selected. Choose One-Time Purchase when you want a single order. When more than one schedule is offered, Subscribe also shows Frequency. On Your Shopping Cart, each item lists Price, Quantity, and Total. Change a quantity and choose Update Cart, or choose Remove. The page shows Subtotal and this note: Shipping, taxes, and discounts will be applied at checkout. Choose Continue Shopping to return to Product Collections, or Check Out to open checkout.
If the cart is empty, the page says your shopping cart is empty and links Browse Products by Collection, Browse All Products, Shop for Nootropics, Shop for Geroprotectors, and Shop for Stacks.
If a product is sold out, the product page says it is currently sold out and asks you to email support@thrivous.com. If checkout cannot start, the page says checkout is unavailable.
A biometric test uses the same Add To Cart and Buy It Now buttons. Before you add it, enter Name, Birthday, and Sex, and check I agree to the terms of service. Quantity stays at 1. To order tests for more than one person, add each test separately. On the cart, that quantity cannot be edited; choose Remove instead.
