How do I update my Thrivous profile?
Log in to your Thrivous account, then open Your Account. In the header, choose Menu and then your name. In the footer Menu, choose Account. See How do I log in to my Thrivous account?
On Your Account, the Profile card lists Update Your Name and Manage Newsletter Subscription. Both open the Profile page. The page says that email is managed through Shopify.
First Name is required. Last Name is optional. Email is shown and cannot be changed on this page. Check or clear Subscribe to the Thrivous newsletter, then choose Save. Cancel returns to Your Account without saving.
When the update succeeds, the page says We successfully updated your profile. Thanks! Choose Continue to return to Your Account.
If First Name is empty, the page says First name is required. If the update cannot be completed, the page says Sorry. That didn't work. Please contact support@thrivous.com.
