How do I apply for the Thrivous wholesale program?
Qualified retail and practitioner partners can apply for the Thrivous wholesale program on the website. You do not need to log in. If you are already logged in, the form may fill First Name, Last Name, and Email for you.

The form has two sections. Business Information asks for Legal Name, DBA (if applicable), Tax ID, Website, Address, City, State or Province, Zip or Postal Code, Country, how many years the business has been at this address, the year the business was founded, and a description of the business. Contact Information asks for First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, and How did you hear about Thrivous?
DBA (if applicable), Website, State or Province, and How did you hear about Thrivous? are optional. The other fields are required. By submitting, you certify that the application is true and that you agree to the Thrivous Wholesale Program Terms of Service.
Choose Submit. If a required field is missing or the email is not valid, the page says “Please complete all required fields with a valid email address.” If Thrivous cannot receive the application, the page says “We could not receive your application. Please try again or email support@[REDACTED].com.”
When the application is received, the page shows Wholesale Application Received and says Thrivous will review it and contact you. It also links to Search Thrivous, Shop for Products, Browse Blog Articles, Browse Press Releases, and Visit Support.
