Use the Biological Age Calculator to estimate biological age from blood-test biometrics. Thrivous runs the PhenoAge calculation on the page and shows the result immediately. You do not need to log in.
Open Biological Age Calculator. The same page is linked in the site menu as Biological Age Calculator.
Every field is required. Enter the values from your lab report, using the units shown on each field:
- Albumin (g/dL)
- ALK — Alkaline Phosphatase (U/L)
- Creatinine (mg/dL)
- Glucose (mg/dL)
- CRP — C Reactive Protein (mg/L)
- Lymph (%)
- MCV — Mean Cell Volume (fL)
- RDW — Red Distribution Width (%)
- WBC — White Blood Cell (1000/uL)
- Test Date — the date of the blood test
- Birth Date
