How do I apply a Reward to a subscription?
Here are the steps for applying a Thrivous Reward discount code to an existing product subscription:
1) Log in to your Thrivous account. The page title is Your Account. Open the Rewards section. It shows your Heart balance, Earn More Hearts, and Get Your Rewards.
2) Choose Get Your Rewards. That opens the rewards panel to the list of rewards you can redeem with Hearts. Subscription discounts are in that list. Choose one and follow the instructions to get the discount code.
3) Back on Your Account, open Subscriptions and choose Manage Product Subscriptions. That opens the subscription portal and lists your product subscriptions.
4) Find the product subscription you want and apply the discount code from step 2.
5) The value of the discount is deducted the next time that subscription renews.
